Your new kitchen or bathroom reflects what you want and how you function. The new design, once installed, makes your life easier and your house more beautiful. we offer free design consultations and quotes. There are certain prerequisites that are necessary to go over such as:
Visiting your home and taking measurements
Defining and discovering your unique style
Discussing what you like and dislike about your current space
Speaking to you about your needs and wishes for your new kitchen or bath
Reviewing any rough ideas and concepts you have for the new space, including any magazine spreads or drawings you’ve made
Spending time on cabinet design, as the look and function of both bathrooms and kitchens revolve around the placement and aesthetic of the cabinetry
Determining how much you want to spend on the project, which guides the scope of the project and the materials used
Setting a deadline for the remodel to be completed — and what plans you’ll make during the construction phase

Work.
by now we have already met and we have a clear scope of work and design. Quote has been discussed, agreed upon, and permits are in process. Now the fun begins! here’s what to expect after the contract has been signed.
a schedule will be made including start date, milestone dates, and a proposed completion.
the demolition stage will begin and the job site will be cleaned daily.
cabinets have been ordered and all finishes have been selected.
any electrical, plumbing, framing and hvac will be done during this time until the inspections have been completed.
once kitchen is completed and all inspections have passed, we will do a final walk through and ensure everything is completed to complete satisfaction.
we provide you with documentation for all warranted product, including our personal craftsmanship warranty.

Our Innovative Design Process.
LiDAR Technology.
utilizing the newest technology we are able to literally scan your entire home within an hour. we then convert your scan into an editable cad file. this will help us create a new design for your space and help with the visualization aspect of the project.
Design Software.
after we have a complete game plan for your space we will then convert our ideas into a 3d design software to create a visual representation of your new space. this usually gives us time to make one or two more revisions before we solidify your design and new space!
Completion.
seeing your space before it’s built removes all stress. no more headaches over the uncertainty of finishes and options. we take the time that other contractors won’t to ensure your satisfaction in your investment.
FAQs
How long will my kitchen take?
This can vary dramatically based on a number of factors. Single family and multi-family homes require different protocol and often multi-family take longer. We always give a clear schedule to customers based on the size of kitchen and location. Typically a 4-10 week time frame from start to finish.
What is your number one piece of advice?
Home improvements can be stressful, especially when they involve a room as important as the kitchen. The process will be easier and the tension lifted if the aesthetic and practical choices are made early on. Also, understand that it’s best not to rush your investment. Make sure all details are perfected and thought out.
Can we do our kitchen and the rest of home at the same time?
Of course. our team is well equipped to take on your entire home. It depends on if you’re living in the property or not, but we encourage doing all your projects at once if you plan on doing so. Makes the permit process and overall job much easier for us and you to do it all at once.
What makes a kitchen more expensive?
Cabinets account for about one-third to one-half the total cost of the project and will have the greatest impact on your budget. They range in price considerably based on quality, the type of material they are made of, and whether they are stock (ready made in specific sizes) or custom (produced specifically for your kitchen in whatever sizes and finishes are needed).
The material you choose for surfaces including counters, backsplashes and floors can also account for variations in price. Other key elements that factor in to the equation are talent and workmanship. In the remodeling business, you tend to get what you pay for. An accomplished designer, skilled sub-tradesmen and expert installation crew may cost more. But you’ll appreciate their ability every time you use your kitchen.
Can I live at home during the project?
Yes! But we do ask that you give our crew as much space as possible during the process. WE also put up temporary plastic walls and take all necessary precautions to ensure the home is protected before any work has commenced. You may be limited to using certain spaces during the project, so at times a temporary new location is easiest, but we want what’s comfortable for you.
What is the kitchen “work triangle” and why is it important?
The “work triangle” is the kitchen area from the refrigerator to the main cooking area to the main sink. Connect the three and it should form a triangle (unless you have a ‘one-wall’ kitchen). It’s important because at or immediately adjacent to the triangle’s points, all the key kitchen activities – food preparation, cooking and clean up – take place. The work triangle helps to ensure that your kitchen will be functional. It keeps cooking activities centered in one area, with all the necessities close at hand.
