FAQs
I just received my estimate, where do we go from here?
we try to make our entire process as clean and simple as possible. at the bottom of all our quotes we have a signature page which lists all the contract details. along with the contract we give you a detailed .pdf document which details all furnished materials, warranties, timelines, and invoice milestones associated with your project. if any other questions are presented our staff is always at your disposal via phone call, text, or email.
How much do you guys subcontract out?
our company is proud to say that we sub out only what we have to, or whatever our license doesn’t cover. all electrical, plumbing, and hvac will be subbed out to other companies. all painting, carpentry, flooring, framing, drywall, etc. is all done in house. If we do subcontract, it is from one of our highly trusted tradesmen in the area which are all licensed and insured.

Remodeling can be stressful, plain and simple. But we do all we can to make the process painless and even enjoyable. we institute your path to completion with modern technology to help visualize your space, prudent documents to help you stay on schedule, and a skilled team to progress the project.
